Our History

We began in 2002 as a boutique broking house, providing an expert knowledge and relationship-based service to our clients, enabling them to get the greatest returns and growth from their property investments. Like our clients, our portfolio has grown extensively over the years - Checkpoint Finance Group has now settled over $250 million in commercial and residential loans.

With this growth came a broadening of our services; we undertook the transition to expand into areas of mortgage management, mezzanine lending, construction and development.
